Did you know?
Watermelon contains more Lycopene than any other fruit or vegetable, delivering powerful antioxidants in every bite.
Watermelon is a great source of:
Vitamin A: gives your body an immunity boost and promotes eye health.
Vitamin B6: helps your body make disease-fighting antibodies, helps maintain normal nerve function, and forms red blood cells to help break down proteins. The more protein you eat, the more vitamin B6 you need!
Vitamin C: important for fighting infections and viruses and protecting your body from harmful free radicals.
